Mount Calvary provides ministries, events, and programs for children and families. Our general website and MC Connect app are intended for a broad audience and are not designed to independently collect personal information directly from children under 13 without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians should submit registrations and personal information for children.
If we learn that personal information was submitted directly by a child under 13 without appropriate permission, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian who believes a child has submitted information may contact us at info@mountcalvary.org.
Information collected through youth-program registrations, permission forms, or ministry activities may be retained and used as reasonably necessary to administer those programs, protect participants, communicate with families, and meet legal or insurance obligations.

- A statement that you are requesting deletion of your MC Connect account or data
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize applicable information unless retention is required for legal, financial, tax, safety, security, or administrative purposes.
Deleting the MC Connect app from your device does not automatically delete information previously submitted through registrations, donations, forms, or other church systems.
15. Communications
You may receive transactional communications related to registrations, donations, schedule changes, account activity, or requests you submit.
You may unsubscribe from optional promotional or informational emails by using the unsubscribe link provided in the message or by contacting us. Even after opting out of optional communications, we may send necessary administrative or transactional messages.
16. Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, our website may not respond to every Do Not Track request.
