Director of Worship + Music
Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Excelsior, MN is seeking a full-time Director of Worship & Music. We are seeking a gifted and innovative candidate to provide vision, leadership, and direction for our worship ministry, with primary responsibility for leading and developing our Worship Band. In collaboration with pastors, staff, and the Worship & Music Team, this leader will equip musicians, foster vibrant congregational participation, and shape worship that deepens faith and helps people encounter Christ.
Custodian
We’re looking for a Custodian who takes pride in creating a welcoming, well-cared-for space for our preschool, worship, and community programs. This isn’t just a maintenance job — it’s a ministry of hospitality. We’re especially hoping to find someone looking to grow with us: a person who wants steady, meaningful work and sees this as more than a steppingstone. We invest in our facilities team with training, mentorship from our Facilities Manager, and room to take on more responsibility over time.
